Darling Waste
In July another US band ‘Darling Waste’ who's music is featured on the film Brokeback Mountain (5th July @ 9pm) and is Supported by 'Our Innocence lost' from Manchester will also
perform.

Quality entertainment, that will appeal to a wide range of tastes and suitable for all the family will feature strongly on the menu at the new-look Cardiff Arms, with evening entertainers from solo artists to five piece bands. There will be a range of music from rock, rock ‘n roll, contemporary to folk, along with comedy nights and charity events. A Large Screen Television including plasma and projector has also been installed.

The Mercurymen played on the 26th September 2008, the band comprises of three young men, whom have now singed to SONY BMG, with their debut album being released at the end of September 2008 (EP) & February 2009.
Recently signed to Sony BMG, The Mercury Men take to the road for the their first tour in the summer. Their debut album to be released in the autumn of 2008 (EP)
THREE of the most talented musicians in the country, have come together to produce an acoustic trio which is leaving Britain's music lovers stunned and desperately waiting for more.
Jinder, Gavin Wyatt and Simon Johnson have been performing, gigging and producing acoustic music for over ten years. Admired by musicians across the country, they have remained on the underground music scene for too long. Their collaboration has produced such exquisite music that it is only a matter of time before they are on mp3 players across the globe.
It wasn't until the Mercury Men jammed together after a gig in 2006 that they realised their true potential as a band. Friends for years they continually bumped into each other on the gigging circuit, and decided to meet up and discover what outstanding music they could make together.
With an angelic, yet powerful collaboration of pure natural musical talent, the Mercury Men are exceptional. Their beautifully arranged and written songs mixed with powerful harmonies and awesome stage presence, leave any venue stunned and silenced. There is little doubt that the talent of these three is guiding them on their way to great things but in the mean time, they will be charming and entertaining music lovers in venues across the country.
